We give up to 2 free 1 hour lesson (model dependent), with every Bernina machine.

Our service and repair department is in house. Bring your machine back to us for serving.

7 Year Warranty

Exclusive to the UK.  

To maintain the guarantee it needs to be serviced twice within 7 years.
