Jerry

Jeremy  has over 40 years experience of mending and servicing machines. Initially learning the trade from his father, Alf, who originally established the busines in 1963.

The extensive knowledge passed from father to son means working on older and traditional hand crank machines is not a problem.

As machine evolved over the decades to now include long arms. Jeremy has attanded all additional training provided by manufacturers.

This specialised training means that your machine is repaired or serviced on site by highly skilled and experienced technicians.

In 2007. Alf retired and Jeremy has now expanded the business including moving to larger premises thus continuing a family legacy. Taking this established business into the 21st century.

Liv

Liv is completing Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship while also training as an apprentice technician.

Machines are in Liv's DNA, having gown up surrounded by machines thanks to her Dad and Bamp, (both of whom have years of service/repair experience).  Liv also keep our social media and marketing running smoothly (with hopefully a few less screws involved!).

From creating social media content and learning how to service machines, every day is different—and that's what Liv loves most.

Liv combines a family passion for sewing machines with fresh marketing ideas to showcase everything we do.

Just like Jerry and John, Liv has also attended all additional training provided by manufacturers

John

John has spent his life surrounded by machines after his father completed a Singer apprenticeship in the 1960's.  This would inevitably lead John to join the trade as well.

After 25 years in retail, John joined his father's business in South Wales selling, servicing and repairing both domestic and industrial machines.

John has extensive knowledge in maintaining and servicing industrial machines and regularly sets up and maintains sewing rooms for colleges, universities and schools.

Just like Jerry, John has attended all additional training provided by manufacturers.

This specialised training means that your machine is repaired or serviced on site by highly skilled and experienced technicians.
