Acufeed Flex Plus - Improves the exisiting system, engages | disengage the foot by touching the icon on the screen. Three options - Two pronged Acufeed for traditional sewing and quilting - single pronged Acefeed for installing zips or precise detail + HP2 Acefeed to work with HP plate (industrial style plate) for highest level of stitch quality and precise topstitching.
Professional Grade Needle plate, HP foot and HP2 foot - narrow gauge industrial type feet for curves and precise topstitching. Provide greater ease of control and superior visibility. Sized perfectly for 1/4" seams.
One step swap between needleplates - push button, (front of machine), needle plate will pop up. Remove plate, slide in different plate and push down. Needle plate is changed and machine sensors which plate has been put in.

Thumb Wheel - An industry first. Great convenience feature that lets you raise or lower the needle without having to reach over to the handwheel.
Stitches -850 built in stitches, including 13 styles of buttonholes (and with Stitch Composer your stitch count is infinite). Three fonts provide variety for decorative stitch monogramming.
9mm Zigzag - makes all the decorative or alphabet stitches bolder,and more distinct. Fill more area with stitching, quicker, saving you valuable time while sewing.
Stitches are selected by tapping the screen with your finger or stylus. Selected stitch is displayed on the screen and automatically sets to the right width and length.
Any adjusted and any changes are instantly shown on the screen including which foot to use for that stitch.
91 Needle Positions allows for incredible fine adjustments in all stitch creations.
Variable Zigzag - enables precision control over the stitch width via the knee lift. Thread painters will rejoice at the ease of control of the stitch width. Begin with a straight stitch, then while the machine is still running, press against the knee lifter to widen your stitch to a 9mm Zigzag. Release pressure to gradually return to a straight stitch for a tapered finish. Ideal for free motioning.
Floating Mode - will not extend full pressure to the presser foot while feeding fabric. This protects delicate or high pile fabrics like velvet.
Metal Cloth Guide - attaches at the bobbin cover and extends the full length of the sewing machine bed to the right.
Auto presser foot lifter - presser foot raises and lowers automatically at the beginning and end of sewing. Can be adjusted and set to a pivot height.
Sewing application - built in automatic settings for quick adjustments to the machine for specific sewing jobs or techniques. For example - select gather and the machine will automatically loosen the tension and change the stitch length instantly. No longer need to keep checking the manual for settings.
