Hems are the last thing you do to complete a garment and after all that work you want to get this last part right.
 
Gain confidence and achieve a professional finish to three of the most popular hem styles.
 
Jenny (your tutor), will show all the tips and techniques to achieve a Top Stitched (such as jeans), Blind Hem (such as on suit trousers) and a Mock Coverstitch (for t-shirts and stretch).
 
Over the 3 hours, you will be taken step by step through each hem style on your own machine.
 
We will be working each hem in sample form, following the instructions provided , so that you can learn the techniques. Once you have the skill you can transfer this skill to any garment or sewing project.
