Designed to be used as a topping stabiliser. For Fabrics with a pile, such as fleece, velvet, towelling.
If embroidery is disappearing into the pile, use a topping stabiliser.
To use
· Place on top of fabric when hooping. (Depending on design, may need another layer).
· Once embroidered, remove excess stabiliser and place in cold water to dissolve.
