Designs - total 275 built in embroidery designs, with a further 8 embroidery alphabets. Additional designs can be transferred into the machine via the USB port. 
 
Can handle multiple embroidery formats which include:- EXP, DST, PES, PEC, JEF, SEW, PCS, and XXX.
 
Can embroidery up to 1,000 stitches per minute and has a maximum embroidery area of 400 mm x 150 mm.
 
Adaptive thread tension - ensures optimal thread tension during sewing and embroidery and helps achieve a perfect stitch quality. After manually adjusting (if required), the thread tension to the thread and fabric, the adaptive thread tension constantly checks the thread tension as it embroiders adjusting it unobtrusively and automatically whenever necessary.
 
Jumbo bobbin - larger bobbin that has 70 % more capacity.
 
Semi long arm - there is an 8.5" inside space to the right of the needle.
 
Editing functions -  Mirror image, group / ungroup, resize, combine, colour re-sequencing, undo, rotate, are just some of the ways of adjusting the embroidery design. Any adjustments to a design can be saved to the built in memory or to computer via USB stick.
 
Pinpoint placement - perfect placement of embroidery onto project, no need for template. Select 2 points and match them with marks on the hooped fabric for perfect results.
 
Thread away mode - pulls thread down to the underside for clean embroidery results on top.
 
Invisible and smart secure - secure stitches become invisible as the tie off are sewn in stitch direction. Smart secure add tie on/off stitches to a design if none are preset.
 
Embroidery consultant - advises on correct foot, needle, thread and stabiliser according to fabric and/or embroidery technique.
 
Combining designs - within editing function, bring several designs together to be stitched out in one.
