1. Through the invoice online or
2. In store upon collection.
If you decide not to proceed with any work, just collect your machine at any time.
NB. -Please note - After six months, we reserve the right to dispose of any machines left for service or repair that have not been picked up.

Welcome to our Repairs and Servicing Department located in our Bristol showroom! All our techncians are authorised manufactureer trained and use genuine main brand parts.
We are equipped to handle any age or make of machine.
No need to book in advance - Simply bring in your machine with foot pedal, power lead, and a bobbin in bobbin case.
On the next working day, the technician will diagnose the problem. A free quote will be sent via email. Once accepted, we’ll complete the repair in 7-10 days (depending on any parts). An invoice will be sent when the machine is ready for collection. ​

Express Turnaround
Need your sewing machine in a hurry?
Ask about our Express service, with a turnaround time of 1-2 working days. Available only by advanced booking only.
Express service is subject to availability of any parts and/or spares.
A £45 charge, per machine will be added to your quote.
Example - Quote £75.00 + £45.00 Express turnaround = £120.00
