Following on from the popular M7 - the new model has more features - but still retains the quality, strength, inside arm working space and powerful needle piecing capabilities for home sewing.
Long arm- measuring 13.5" (343 mm) inside arm space with a workspace height of 5.51" (140mm). Add the included extension table for an incredible overall sewing workspace length of 26.7" (680 mm) and front to back depth of 15.7" (400 mm)
Speed and Powerful- can sew up to 1,300 stitches per minute plus with the newly redesigned motor that provides powerful needle penetration and force, tackling heavy duty fabrics like canvas or up to 10 layers of 14 0z denim.
Acufeed Flex Plus- Taking the existing system and improving - engage or disengage the foot by simply touching the icon on the screen. Comes in three options - Two pronged Acufeed for traditional sewing and quilting - single pronged Acefeed for installing zip and precise detail and HP2 Acefeed designed to work with the HP plate (industrial style plate) for the highest level of stitch quality and precise topstitching.
SFS-i - Intelligent Feed System- This brilliantly keeps the feed dogs out of the way for easy positioning of fabric under the foot. As soon as you start sewing the feed dogs come up and engage the fabric.
Advanced LCD Touchscreen- shows you all the information and stitches for ease of use. Select new stitches and memorise your favourites for quick access. Computerised One Touch Needle plate - three standard needle plates: zigzag, straight and HP, having the choice gives accuracy and precision for stitch or fabric. A straight stitch needle plate is ideal for lightweight fabrics and piecing quilts. Changing the plates is no hassle - touch the icon on the screen and the plate will release, swap it over and it will automatically retract. No screwdriver required.
