A stunning semi long arm sewing and embroidery machine that combines the functionality and practicality required from a sewing machine and technical advancements to make sewing and embroidering effortless.

Stitches- total 300, including utility, decorative, heirloom, quilting, patchwork, satin, long, pictorial and 11 automatic one step buttonhole styles. Alphabets - 3 fonts.

Stitches are easily selected by tapping the screen with your finger or stylus. The selected stitch is displayed on the screen and automatically sets to the right width and length. These can be adjusted and any changes are instantly shown on the screen including which foot to use for that stitch.

Maximum stitch width 9 mm, maximum stitch length 5 mm

Auto presser foot lifter- presser foot raises and lowers automatically at the beginning and end of sewing. Can be adjusted and set to a pivot height, perfect for turning fabric or for free motion work.

Sewing application- built in automatic settings for quick adjustments to the machine for specific sewing jobs or techniques. For example - select gather and the machine will automatically loosen the tension and change the stitch length instantly. No longer need to keep checking the manual for settings. Applications includes - seaming, overedge, blindhem/shell tuck, rolled hem zipper, gathering, basting (tacking), button sewing, applique, patchwork and quilting (free motion and standard)

Tapering function- Built in to the sewing machine, this amazing function create tapering angle effects to decorative stitches. Perfect for creating edges and borders.

One step plate converter- for accurate top stitching, seaming, piecing, quilting, machine embroidery and sewing lightweight fabrics. An additional straight stitch needle plate is provided. Easily swapped with the standard needle plate with a push of a button.

A differential adjustment can be made when using the Acufeed flex to offset any stretch or gather that may occur when sewing tricky fabrics.

Easy set drop in bobbin- no longer need to pull the thread up to the top before embroidering. Set the bobbin into the case, thread following guide. Replace bobbin cover, as you start to sew the bobbin thread is automatically picked up.

Built in embroidery designs- total 250, including 40 exclusive designs by Anna Maria Horner. Maximum embroidery size 6.7" x 7.9" (17 cm x 20 cm)

Alphabets- total 20 fonts, including pictorial and European. Personalise any sewing project or garment, embroidery lettering can be sewn from 1 cm to 2.5 cm high.

Built in editing- basic design editing are built into the machine. Rotate (45 and 1 degree increments), mirror image, resize (80%-120%), and change hoop size, designs can be combined together to create larger designs.

Auto thread cutter(scissors) - trims the thread after embroidering. On selected designs the thread can be trimmed in between colour changes.

Built in memory- save combined, edited or lettering into the built in memory. Alternatively designs can be saved to a USB stick or send wireless to your computer/laptop.

Semi long arm- of 8.3" to the right of the needle.

Hoops- includes 3 hoops - RE20a (170 mm x 200 mm), SQ14a (140 mm x 140 mm) , Free arm FA10 hoop (100 mm x 40 mm)

USB port- transfer embroidery designs from your computer to the embroidery machine. Embroidery designs can be downloaded from the internet or from Digitising software (optional extra).

Wifi connectivity- connect your sewing machine to your ipad or computer wireless using you home wifi. Now you can transfer your embroidery designs and decorative stitch designs wireless to your machine. (There are still 2 USB ports as well)

Embroidery Couching Function- bring texture to your embroidery project with the embroidery couching foot. Fine cord, yarns and thread can now be sewn within the embroidery. A new and exciting function.

Acutools CD Rom- is a software package that is installed onto your laptop or computer (PC only) and contains stitch composer and editing. The editing package contains the same features that are built into the machine, rotate, resize, copy, paste, combine, arch letters, group etc. Now you have the advantage of viewing and/or editing on a larger screen your next embroidery design while your machine is embroidering. Transfer your design via USB port or USB cable to your machine.

(NB - Please be aware this is not a digitising software. You will need either Digitiser Jr or Digitiser MBX to create your own designs from scratch.

Stitch composer- design and create your own decorative stitches for your sewing machine. Included with the Horizon suite software which is installed onto your computer or laptop (PC only), taking advantage of using a larger screen to zoom in close when designing your stitch. Transfer your stitch design to your sewing machine via wireless WiFi.

Cutwork enabled- the needles and embroidery designs to achieve this effect are optional extras, the machine is enabled for this kind of work.

Apps - Free and only available for the ipad

Acumonitor - check the status of your embroidery on your ios device via WiFi connection without being in the same room as your machine. Status of following items are displayed with messages and icons, embroidering, cutting, ready to sew, changing thread, changing needle, stopped, complete, thread breakage, locks, no connection. Other functions include - drop position of needle, magnifying that even on enlarge designs can be checked in tiny detail and in demonstration mode the planned operations can be checked even when not connected to the machine.

Acusetter - adjust the position of embroidery using the ipad and WiFi before embroidering. If the fabric moves when hooping, no longer need to unhoop and realign. Now just take a photo of the embroidery hoop with the fabric inserted in it, the design can be arranged while checking the fabric. Gives pin point precision to embroidery placement.

Acuedit - edit embroidery designs on your ipad with the same editing functions that are built in to the machine. Move, rotate, enlarge, reduce, mirror image, vertical flip, centring, cornering, copy and paste, arching (monogramming), delete, change thread colours, change sewing order undo and redo any changes made. Import designs to edit from machine over WiFi connection and save embroidery designs to send to machine or save on ipad.

Acusketch - create an embroidery design by tracing onto the ipad screen with your finger or stylus. Once the design is created send it via WiFi connection to your machine. Simple and use and fun, draw lines and see them become stitches. Stitch types:- basic stitch, single run, line stitch pack (in app purchase), triple stitch, zigzag, stem, add lock stitches, adjust length of stitches. insert images for tracing, stitch simulator and export to designs to the machine via WiFi connection#
