Exciting machine from Janome which has one of the largest sewing space available on any household domestic sewing machine. A heavy duty metal flatbed machine that offers an uninterrupted large sewing area.

New fantastic features:-

Long arm- measuring 13.5" (343 mm) inside arm space with a workspace height of 5.51" (140mm). Add the included extension table for an incredible overall sewing workspace length of 26.7" (680 mm) and front to back depth of 15.7" (400 mm)

Speed and Powerful- can sew up to 1,300 stitches per minute plus with the newly redesigned motor that provides powerful needle penetration and force, tackling heavy duty fabrics like canvas or up to 10 layers of 14 0z denim.

Acufeed Flex Plus- Taking the existing system and improving - engage or disengage the foot by simply touching the icon on the screen. Comes in three options - Two pronged Acufeed for traditional sewing and quilting - single pronged Acefeed for installing zip and precise detail and HP2 Acefeed designed to work with the HP plate (industrial style plate) for the highest level of stitch quality and precise topstitching.

SFS-i - Intelligent Feed System- This brilliantly keeps the feed dogs out of the way for easy positioning of fabric under the foot. As soon as you start sewing the feed dogs come up and engage the fabric.

Advanced LCD Touchscreen- shows you all the information and stitches for ease of use. Select new stitches and memorise your favourites for quick access. The sewing applications has been extended giving guidence for perfecting a variety of sewing tasks such as zips, overcasting, quilting, freemotion and the memorised quilt seaming remebers the length of seam, so you can cruise through stitching a large number of the same size blocks.

Computerised One Touch Needleplate - three standard needle plates: zigzag, straight and HP, having the choice gives accuracy and precision for stitch or fabric. A straight stitch needle plate is ideal for lightweight fabrics and piecing quilts. Changing the plates is no hassle - touch the icon on the screen and the plate will release, swap it over and it will automatically retract. No screwdriver required.

Quilt Block Advisor- gives calculations and guidance on how to create your quilt block.

Professional Grade Needleplate, HP foot and HP2 foot- these narrow gauge industrial type feet for curves and precise topstitching. They provide greater ease of control and superior visibility. Sized perfectly for 1/4" seams.

Acusparks App- need some inpsiration to spark the imagination and get the most out of all the machine features, using your smart phone or tablet (only for iphone or ipad) scan the QR code on the screen for instant tutorials, how to videos and more. Help is just a scan away.

Stitch Composer- this fantastic software installs on your pc (not suitable for Apple), gives the ability to create your own decorative patterns, once created transfer the design via USB to the sewing machine. We have loads of fun with this software, we have created a rows of castle and beach huts all to a 9mm stitch width.
