This rugged looking mechanical machine is one for creative all rounders, from dressmaking to home decor.
Stitches- total 30, including utility, stretch, blind hem, overcasting for neatening raw edges, decorative and an automatic buttonhole (Put the button in the back of the foot and it will sew the exact size in one go).
Stitches are easily selected with the selector dial and can be adjusted in length and width. Stretch stitches are preset in length , but adjustable in width. Maximum stitch width 6mm, maximum stitch length 4mm.
Drop in bobbin- bobbin case stays in the machine and the bobbin just lifts out and easily put in and threaded, it is also smoother and quieter
Securing stitches- press reverse lever to sew backwards to secure stitches.
Drop feed- feed dogs can be lowered for free motion embroidery, quilting, darning and sewing on buttons.
Accessory tray- slides of to reveal free arm for sewing sleeves and hems.
