Jeremy has over 41 years’ experience of mending and servicing machines having initially learnt the trade from his father (Alf) who originally established the business in 1963.
 

Subject to availability of parts, working on older and traditional hand crank machines is not a problem due to the extensive knowledge passed from father to son.
 

As machines evolved over the decades to now include the popular long arms, Jeremy has attended all additional training provided by manufacturers. This specialised training means that your machine is repaired or serviced on site.
 

In 2007, Alf retired and Jeremy has now expanded the business including moving to a larger premises, continuing this family run, long established business into the 21st century.

John has spent his life surrounded by machines after his father completed a Singer apprenticeship in the 1960s. This would inevitably lead John to join the trade as well.
 

After 25 years in retail, John joined his father's business in South Wales selling, servicing and repairing domestic and industrial machines. He regularly sets up and maintains sewing rooms for colleges and universities.

John has extensive knowledge in maintaining and servicing industrial machines.
