The new Janome Horizone Memory Craft 12000 launches in October and listed below are some of the new features of this machine.

Horizon Link

It is easier  to create ans edit designs in real-time on your computor.  You can now use your mouse and laptp keyboard to drag, drop and edit.  This means your edt screen can be as large as your computor monitor.

Stitch Composer

Create your own sewing decorative stitches with the new stitch composer.

Acufeed Flex

The popular Acufeed system is now detachable and comes in two widths (single and dual prongs) with multiple feet for different tasks

New Embroidery Unit

A slim line embroidery unit slides onto the back of the machine.  It has been designed from Janome's robotic technology to give more precision and higher quality results. The unit can be left when in sewing machine mode to add extra depth to the machine for extra support to your fabric.

 Bigger Embroidery

The MC12000 includes four embroidery hoops

• Large Hoop    300mm x 230mm (11.8" x 9.1")
• Square Hoop     230mm x 230mm (9.1" x  9.1")
• Square Hoop     140mm x 140mm (5.5" x 5.5")
• Freearm Hoop   100mm x 40mm (3.9" x 1.6")

Bigger Working Area

The total arm length is a massive 440mm (17.3"), fitted with a 380mm (15") stainless steel plate embossed with useful measurements. There is 280mm (11") to the right of the needle giving plenty of space for those larger projects.

Wider Stitches

Most of the 400 + stitches will stitch at the 9mm wide.  There are 338 built in embroidery designs, 13 automatic one step buttonholes, 3 monogram fonts, and 10 embroidery fonts.

 Auto Presser Foot

There are three ways to lift the pressor foot, manually, with the kneelifter and now with the touch of a button.

One - step Needle Conversion

To change from the standard needle plate to the straight stitch one, it's just one press of a button.

Variable Zigzag

When free motion sewing, you can change from a straight stitch up to a 9mm zigzag, by using the kneelifter.

 High Speeds and More Precision

Be as precise as you need to be with 91 needle positions, and at 1000 stitches per minute, their is no comprimise in stitch quality.

 Lighting

With 10 built in LED's in fice locations plus the innovative extendable High Light, sewing has never been brighter.  There is even a detachable magnifying glass.

Automatic Fabric Sensor

You can customise the height of the foot and save it in  the memory or alternatively let Auto Pressure and Auto Height set it for you.

Advance Bobbin Sensor

This allows you to set the sensitivity for the "out of thread" alert.
